In her spare time, Rachel enjoys taking Parker on adventures and reading books. Her two cats, Carmel and Charger, keep her busy as well.

Jessica Melby, CVT

Veterinary Technician Jessica with Boston Terrier Bettie Paige   Jessica is a certified veterinary technician and we are lucky to have her. She graduated from MATC in 2011 and joined us in May. She finds it especially rewarding to be able to comfort animals that are sick or scared during hospitalization. Being able to provide extra TLC is part of why she became a technician. Jessica is a newlywed and enjoys spending time with her husband Jason. Together they have a cat named Moose and three dogs; a Golden Retriever named Potter, a Long Haired Dachshund named Tank, and a Boston Terrier named Bettie Paige. Now that she has graduated she is trying to decide which hobby to pursue in place of studying. High on the list of contenders are running, roller derby, photography, or painting.

She is a certified veterinary technician and has watched the hospital grow from a one-doctor practice to a five-doctor practice. Her primary focus is inventory management. When time allows though she still enjoys helping with patient care too! Fay lives on a dairy farm with her husband, three children, and three cats.
